Our Cancellation Policy:
· Can I cancel my order after placing an order?
1. For made to order products you can choose to cancel to ship product, only if it's done within 12 hours of placing it.
2. Your product will be cash back with the same payment option selected while ordering and a confirmation of same will send to you via Email.
3. Ready to ship orders is not eligible for cancellation as they are already dispatched within 24 hours of the receipts of order.
Our Friendly Return and Exchange Policy:
· Can I Return or Exchange product?
1. Yes, you can return or exchange your purchase product within 30 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition, tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For Exchange and return confirmation kindly mail or contact us within 24 hour after receiving delivery with product snaps. After that, it will not be accepted. For size issues its needed some images along with measure tape on it.
2. At the time of return, please remark the items as “Defective Returns” and “Not for sale”.
3. If Refundable period will over after that the remaining amount will be as credited as per the method of payment selected while ordering in HDPLtoolsonlilne.com customer account.
5. Validity of every CASHBACK is for 6 months only, After 6 month CASHBACK will expire and customer cannot use.
6. CASHBACK amount should be return as per the method of payment selected while ordering the goods.
How Can I return or exchange my Purchase?
1. If you want to return or exchange your purchase kindly email to us on our hdpltoolsonlinecustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours and our executive will contact you shortly.
2. We are providing easy return policy. If you are not happy with product, you can return product at your end. As product will deliver to us, we will provide credit / refund against product amount. Any additional TO and FRO charges will bear by customer.
Can I cancel an order after shipped?
1. As your order shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.

1. If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from customer side then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product and no extra charges will barred by us.
2. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colons, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered.
3. Customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care, this cannot be avoided altogether. Many times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual Beads, Stones and Sequences come off.

5. If the products are not liked by the customer than a customer can return the products back within 30 days of goods received by customer and for the same need to mail on hdpltoolsonlinecustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours. In this case to and Fro charges will be barred by customers.
