Diamond Scaife with Spindle - BB01 - Big Grain Size

Specification :-

• Diamond  Scaife  with Spindle Impregnated  has two type of Quality.
• It Has two Grain Types MM01 & BB01.
• BB01 is made up of big grain size.
• MM01 is made up of small Grain Size .
• BB01 – Big Grains are for Makeables, Larger than 0.5 ct.  Especially for  table polishing & Bottom Blocking .
• MM01 – Medium Grain It is For General use and all kinds of Small makeables Top & Bottom Blocking, Small Stone & Finish Polishing Work

Spindle Type Scaife is Used on Mills :-

• Diameter 310 mm, flat pulley
• Diameter 310 mm, V-pulley
• Diameter 330 mm, flat pulley
• Diameter 330 mm, V-pulley

Higher Productivity Diamond Scaifes :-

• Width and grade or mesh to choice: – 30 – 35 – 40 mm.
• Can be supplied with cast-iron smoothing ring next to diamond ring .
